Healthy Eats 5/8
I have been so unhealthy lately .... Breakfast and lunch are usually good, and then dinner screws me up, mostly because DH changes the plan on me.
Breakfast - 1 cup special k cinnamon pecan cereal with 4 cut-up strawberries on top, tea.
Had another cup of tea at work around 10. HAVE to stop that, I don't need it and it's unnecessary calories (I use about 1.5 tsp sugar and a little half and half).
AM snack - 5 oz can of sliced peaches in pear juice.
Lunch - not sure yet - have to buy something - maybe a small amount of cold pasta salad?
PM snack - about 10 baby carrots.
Dinner - we are driving to the poconos tonight, so we will probably stop and mcdonald's on the way, but I am getting a salad with grilled chicken, no dressing.
The rest of the weekend will be a mess because we are going to be with my parents, and eating whatever they have and going out to dinner on sat night .. but I am going to try really hard!!!!

Dont feel so bad about the weekends! If you can do 5/7 days and then spurge A LITTLE on the weekends ( watch your portions and no silly calories like soda ) i think its fine!
Also - i got myself off of ANY sweetener in my tea an d its great b/c now I can have tea as a NO calorie "snack" whenever I want!
Breakfast: Special K bar and green ginger tea
Lunch: 2 slices of 45 calorie whole wheat bread with 2 tbsp of peanut butter
Snack: 100 calorie pack and a light and fit yogurt
Dinner: ordering in. If it is pizza, trying to only eat one slice. Chinese - watching my portions.

I also haven't exercised in about 3 weeks. No time with the new job. I do plan on starting to walk after work, at least 2 days a week, and then once on the weekends....
And I just found out we are having brownies for a girl who is leaving at 1. I have not gotten lunch yet so I am hungry ... I will have a little one and then get my lunch ...

breakfast: instant oatmeal and coffee, 2tsp sugar...i wish i could drink tea in the AM but i crave my coffee too much. I like my tea plain, but coffee always needs sugar!
snack: (if you want to call it that, lol) 6 fruit snacks...
lunch: 1 spicy sausage sauteed with spinach and onions and 9 mini raviolis with sauce (no SO great but could be WAY worse, it was my leftover from dinner last night) AND a fat free yogurt
Snack: don't have one on me but i will prob need one before dinner since i am meeting up for dinner not till about 7:30-8 (which is late for me)
Dinner: getting something with my sister...not sure what.

i had an early start for today, so i tried to break it up into a bunch of little meals!
Breakfast: 2eggwhites scrambled w/95% ff ham, an orange, and a coffee(i too need my coffee fix..even if i have oj or tea, i end up getting coffee before the afternoon oh well.could be worse)
Snack: ww1pt.cheese stick, handful of strawberries.
Late lunch: Salad topped w/tuna
Dinner: leftovers... grilled chix. topped w/crushed tomatos & ff mozz.cheese, greenbeans/carrots on the side.
