Healthy Eats 5/14
Breakfast: 100 calorie cookies ( forgot my special k bar oops ) and green ginger tea.
Lunch: light whole wheat bread with peanut butter - i accidentally used DH's creamy PB, yuck! I love chunky!
Snacks: 100 calorie cookies and a light and fit yogurt
Dinner: Mom is cooking, I will not pig out. I will not pig out. I will not pig out.
Workout: half hour on Air Walker, 100 crunches, 10 push ups, planks and stretches.
Health goal for today: to drink 8 glasses of water!

Breakfast- bowl of corn fllakes
Snack: Handful of Almonds
Lunch: Kirkland grilled chicken strips w/ some mustard and a slice of pineapple
Dinner: Jennie-O turkey breast w/some mustard and green beans or cauliflower
Dessert: A single serving of No Pudge Brownies (tried them for the first time last night and are AMAZING!)

Breakfast - cup of special k cinammon pecan cereal, tea and a 4oz dole diced peaches cup
am snack - 50 calorie caramel rice cake
lunch - leftover penne and sauce, an orange
pm snack - apple
dinner - marinated skirt steak, cous-cous and green beans
dessert - if I so require one - a pudding cup or a small ice cream pop

The ones I have are not skinny cow - but I have wanted to try those. They are good? Mine are individually wrapped pops -- I think they are by good humor - choc. covered choc ice cream, one stick not too. 100 calories! and the serviing size is TWO - but I eat just one.

today is my cheat day since I weigh in at noon
breakfast- special k chocolate delight snack- grapes
FATTY TIME! lunch- quiznos veggie sub & baked chips
snack- banana
dinner- ww recipe- creamy dijon pork chops & mashed potatoes

Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal and tea Strawberries and Blueberries (is there such thing as too much fruit?)
Lunch: Not sure because I didn't bring anything -- maybe I will run to panera
Dinner: Probably ham and cheese on whole wheat (we have no food in the house and I don't feel like cooking)
Snack: either cinnamon graham crackers and milk or bowl of raisin bran
Tilde i am with you on uping the water intake -- I have not been drinking enough at all and my skin is suffering from it.

D: lots of roasted veggies and some ground beef (making tacos for DH but i'm only eating the beef part, lol)

snack: rice cakes a a banana

Lunch: egg white omelette with broccoli and cheese
Snack: granola bar
Dinner: hopefully dh is making something healthy!
Snack: WW dessert or some sort of 100 calorie snack
