It is a box of Brownie mix. I purchased it at Stop N Shop. They are Non Fat Brownies. You just mix the powder mix they provide with 2/3 cup of nonfat french vanilla yogurt and bake for 35 minutes. They are FANTASTIC!!!!!! Super fudgy...just how I like brownies. Highly recommended. They are cappucino brownies and are yummy.

They are so good. Besides S&S, you can also buy the mixes at Trader Joes and King Kullen.

YAY! I'm glad you like them! Just so you know...if you ever just want a single quick serving, it tells you how to do that as well. You just mix a couple of tablespoons and microwave for 1 min. Super fast!
