Water consumption....question
How much do you feel drinking water has contributed to your weight loss, if at all ??
I can never remember to drink water, no matter how hard I try...I pour glasses all day long, buy water bottles etc... and they end up just sitting there after a few sips...I'm wondering if that is really getting in the way of me losing as much as I would like...

I feel like if i drink a glass of water before and after i eat, it helps to fill me up.
also, it helps to get rid of the excess salt i intake
so yes, i think it helps!

I really do think it helps! Like it was just said--drinking a glass before and after meals definitely helps fill you up. And when I drink water consistently throughout the day I just feel so much better and it puts me in the right mood to want to eat healthy and exercise!

Water has helped me tremendously. I find that when I am "off" one of the things that goes first is my water consumption and I get sooooooooooo incredibly bloated and sluggish.
Try adding a bit more water to your day - you don't have to go at it all at once. As long as your urine is clear to a light yellowish color you're fine
