what would you think after this?

I received a phone call from an HR rep regarding my resume. She said she was calling to pre-screen my application. She asked me questions about my resume and then said she was going to pass me on to her director.
This was last week and I have not heard from them.
I find that strange. Should I do anything?

you are probably one of the hundreds they got unfortunately. Of course it wouldn't hurt to contact them but it sounds like they have moved on to other candidates.

I think it sounds like you made it through the pre-screen, but that they are still in the pre-screen process. This was only last week -- I'd give them some more time and not give up hope yet. Good luck!
