Diaper Cake

i want to make a diaper cake and i have no clue how to do it!!!! can anyone post some pics and tell me an easy way to make one!!! like what do i use for the base? how do i attach or fold the diapers? help!!!

I usually roll each diaper individually and make a giant batch of that, if you have to do it alone, a litle tape on each works, otherwise, have one person hold a ribbon or something you'll use to fasten each layer and you roll. I get a cardboard cake round or something from the craft store as a base usually and top it with a stuffed animal. Have fun!
