I don't think that dress flatters her. I think it actually makes her look heavier, especially in the hip and thigh area. When she was trying on all those Zhang Toi dresses she looked A LOT thinner. The neckline makes her boobs look kind of odd shaped and the scarf material down the middle does nothing for the dress. The color of the dress looks blah on her too. I love Jill but I have to give this look a thumbs down.
