Intro Thread Time!!!
I noticed there were a lot of new ladies introducing themselves during Friday chat which lead me to believe that we needed another intro thread!

Methods? started temping this month orally, but once AF arrives (I was due yesterday, BFN this morning though) I am going to attempt vaginally. I've gotten some crazy erratic temps using a mouth thermometer. It might explain why I think I misjudged my O date. Otherwise, just trying to BD as much as possible around my most fertile time.
Contributing factors? None yet.
Anything else you'd like to add? I hope my stay is short and sweet. And short and sweet for everyone else too!!

It's hard to say since I've had a m/c in there and so was out of commission for a few months. I guess 4-5 mos.

Methods I've temped, charted, used OPKs, tried the saliva ferning (I can't even see anything with the microscope  ), tried just going with the flow (and had an anovulatory cycle that month), now keeping BD'ing to every other day. Next month, if I fail again this month, I will be using the CBEFM. I am also going to be consulting with a RE at the advice of my OB, because I have an autoimmune disease.
Contributing factors I have an autoimmune disease-rheumatoid arthritis

Now I am getting frustrated-but I am trying to keep that in check!

Contributing factors-was told i most likely had PCOS prior to DS being born (although he was conceived 1st month we tried). I have very irregular periods and ovulation so i will conceive #2 easily too

Methods BD every 2-3 days, OPKs, I was seeing an RE, now I'm just seeing an OB/GYN b/c my insurance does not cover any infertility treatments.
Contributing factors OB/GYN believes I have a luteal phase defect. He started me on Clomid, which I will start today and then OPK's until O and Prometrium suppositories after.

How long have you been TTC: off of BCP for a little over a year and actively TTC 5 months
What # baby are youTTCing: Baby # 1
Methods: just started using OPK's, watching CM, Robitussin, Deanna's plan, Pre-Seed, BDing everyday diring ferrtie time
Contributing factors: not too much yet...DH did semen analysis, I had a sonogram and CD21 bloodwork and all looks good...going for an HSG this month hopefully. So far nothing has come up being a problem so we will see what the future brings!

Hopefully we will all get pregnant soon and good luck to everyone!

How long have you been TTC? I had a chemical last Sept. Took a bit of a break after that. Been trying on and off but this is cycle #2 of consecutive trying

Methods? BD every other day from CD 15-22, AF due on CD 33-34
Contributing factors? none that I'm aware of, but I'll be 35 in a few months

How long have you been TTC I've been off BCP since 8/2008 we've been actively trying since March.
What # baby are youTTCing Baby #1 for us (I have a DC from a previous relationship)
Methods Past months: Just OPK's with BD every 3-4 days till the positive OPK then 2 nights in a row. This month: OPK's, Fertili-Tea, grapefruit juice, Mucinex, pre-seed, BD every other day starting CD8 until positive OPK then 3-4 in a row
Contributing factors I have cysts on my ovaries, but all my bloodwork has come back normal so far so the Dr. hasn't diagnosed me PCOS, just says that I am "symptomatic" (irregular periods, possible annovulatory cycle last month, unexplained weight gain, skin tags on neck, skin breakouts) If I don't get a BFP this month DH is going to go for a SA. If all is okay there then the Dr. will do an HSG and I'll start clomid.
Anything else you'd like to add I had stalkers I was unaware of so now I am "TTC-DL" and will hopefully get a BFP this month !! (AF is supposed to arrive by the end of the month)
