There are a ton of lawsuits against Theresa's husband for him not paying bills - it was in the NY Post. Theresa responded that "its none of anyone's business" and "it has nothing to do with the show".

Okay, heres more, and please do not think I am picking on Theresa, this is all just what I heard....
theresa's family had a christening or communion at his restaurant and she tried to nickel and dime him on the price bc she was pregnant and wouldn't be drinking. She was basically angling to get the party for free.
Also, their house took forever to build and isn't ready bc the contractors keep walking off the job bc they aren't getting paid.
Our friends cousin went to AC with Theresa and said she is very cheap and snobbish .
Bernard Kerik lives in Wayne and is friendly with the passaic county sheriffs dept. Albert Manzo is a gun instructor there that's how they are friends.
I can't think of much more but if I do, I will def post. They all hang out at my boss' BF's restaurant so she has seen them there before having drinks. She never saw Danielle though.
Danielle lives in Wayne not Franklin Lakes but she is on the border. Theresa lives in Towaco and the other two live in Franklin Lakes.

you would to get the unedited footage from bravo- b/c I didn't see that much cash actually change hands- she had a few thousand in 100's
and when he was paying the deliverly guys- all I saw was a bunch of 20's
but his comment now about having to pay for it- it too funny...guess he thinks he doesn't have to pay for things lol

there wasn't much furniture in there in the last episode
just what she got in one that episide- which could have really been for free b/c the company got a nice shot of the truck in the show and there showroom
you never know!

Somewhere stated she left a deposit and did not pay for the furniture in full, with that cash.
There was an episode when it was delivered and T's DH says, "oh thats right, I have to pay for this" and laughs.

I can totally see all of these things being true about them. Teresa looks like she is snobbish...you can tell her type and I am not impressed by her AT ALL That house is ridiculous. She brags and brags and her life is in financial shambles?! Figures.........
Being cheap doesn't surprise me either.. she looks the part 
Danielle did mention tonight at the very end.. that Teresa's previous house was in no way close to the one she is in now...and made fun of her linoleum floors.
They're all just one big mess.
