um, it totally did 
my dad and i actually have discussed this issue before, we do not think it's fair for a pitcher to get a win after blowing a save (but i suppose it applies more in cases where the home team is winning and the pitcher blows the save in the top of the 9th and the home team wins in the bottom of the 9th).
but still.
