We didn't get the bed in the couch since we were literally two inches too short. The couch is SOOOO comfy. I have a sectional in microfiber. People are always saying how comfy it is. My nephews fight over who gets to sleep on it when they sleep over too.

I purchased their microfiber sleeper-sofa and it is so comfy. I love that it hasn't gotten that worn in look yet and I've had it 4 years. The pull out bed isn't that comfortable but, most aren't. At least my guests didn't wake up with so re backs or anything! I also ordered an oversized chair with custom fabric. Love it. The customer service was great, they delivered on time, took COD and it's great furniture.

From my experience and A LOT of complaints with the BBB, my advice is to run away.
I know some people are happy with them but they have MAJOR quality and not fixing issues.
They have over 150 complaints with the attorney general.
It took me 10 months and 5 replacements, the round around from the company to FINALLY get the sofa I ordered.
I can NEVER recommend this place.

DH and I love our couch from JC. We have a sectional with a chaise and it is super comfortable. The price was a steal, but we didn't get the pull-out...

We have the regular couches and they are 5 years old. They are still in great condition. All the cushions are slip covered so every few weeks I throw them in the wash and they come out good as new. I also have a 2 & 3 year old.

5 years ago we bought a leather sofa, loveseat & chair. We love it & its still in awesome condition. A few weeks ago we bought small recling chairs for the sitting area of our guest room. They were very affordable & so far we are very happy with them. I will buy again from them, I think the furniture is very good for the price.

We have a sofabed from there (the $399 one that is always advertised). We had no problems and love it!

Re: Can anyone share their experiences with Jennifer Convertables? Product reviews, etc
We bought a 3pc. sofabed, loveseat and chair that looks like this 3 years ago (cloth feel, not microfiber):
We bought it as a starter set when we got married, and that is exactly what it turned out to be. We actually just bought a new couch (sectional w/ chaise) at Raymour and Flanigan yesterday.
Our couch is sinking and the sofabed is super uncomfortable that people prefer to sleep on the couch instead.
The loveseat and chair have held up well but then again we don't use them much.
Have to say, you may only get 3 -5 years out of the couches. If you are okay with that, then go for it. If you want something that will last longer, you may want to check out another place.

we have a sofa bed and love seat from them. purchased in late 2004, and the foam seating cushions are finally going, so I'll replace those after we move. we had a good experience with them, and this set has been great (other than the foam going after 5 yrs, which is normal). the bed is fine--typical sofa mattress, meaning not too thick, but it does the trick.

We bought our couches and coffee table from them. Had a great experience. The coffee table was bought from their clearance center AS IS. There was a piece missing from it and they had it delivered to our door free of cost! I think it was great that they went above and beyond the way they did. I will go back for other furniture purchases.

We have a sectional with a chaise lounge and side tables and a coffee table and love it. We had great service, were able to schedule delivery for a specific date (they held the furniture for us) and they gave us great service! Nothing bad to report!
