back to the Pregnancy Boards...High Risk Pregnancy

Hi Everyone!
Well It has been at least a year since I have been here as my son, Joseph is now 14 and one half months old. He is beautiful, intelligent, everything I could wish for and so much more! I found out to day that I am Preggo Again!!!!! It is UNBELIEVABLE! especially since, just like before, this is completly a huge SURPRISE!!! I was told during my first pregnancy that I was high risk, and thank God all was well, even though I was under the care of a regular OB/GYN. For this preganacy, I have many more risk factors, and Really need to find a High Risk OB/GYN. Can anyone Recommend one? I am in long island, and would like to deliever at LIJ, North Shore @ manhasset or North Shore at Plainview. any Help would be Great! WOW, I can not believe I am here again...I am just very Scared about this pregnancy...I just want this little one to be safe. Thanks again!

welcome back I dont see a high risk doctor but there is one in the practice where i go ....they are located at 900 northern blvd and his name is Dr Richard Taubman he is really awesome and nice( i know because i have seen him a couple of times) if my doctor is not available he is next in line for me to see..

Yay Mimi!! Welcome back!! I am also here again after a short hiatus (Reilly is only 9 months old!) I know I see Madonna Perinatal Services which is an office with locations in Brightwaters and Mineola. Click Here! They do a whole slew of testing there in addition to seeing patients. Good luck and have a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

I use the group Maternal Fetal Medicine 865 Northern Blvd Great Neck 516 622 5155 I love them all but Dr Lewis is my favorite

Thank you!!!! I will certain check him out! 900 Northern is very close to me. I am a bit of a ninny about seeing Men OB/gyn, but I just have to Get over it!!! lol!! Thanks again for your reply!

I see David Bergman with Preferred Women's Health - they have 2 offices one in Great Neck, one in Woodbury and deliver at North Shore. There are 6 drs in the practice but Bergman is the high risk dr. They do all sonos in house - very convenient! As a high risk patient myself I really wanted someone that did everything in house to limit my back and forth between the dr and a lab/hospital!

Dr. Victor Klein - amazing!!! 825 Northern Blvd in Great Neck. They just got the big sono machine so everything is done in office. He delivers at NSUH Manhasset.
