Lunch
for lunch today I had homemade chicken salad
I had baked a plain chicken cutlet 1 stalk of celery chopped fine and a tablespoon or more of lowfat Hellmans mayo (it has 2gm fat and 25 calories)
IT was SO YUMMY but I am still hungry.....shouldnt I be full from that ?

Well next time try to have a small salad with it, or maybe just some carrots, a slice or 2 of bread, some pickles.

Load it up with raw vegies like broccoli and also for fat 5 olives or 1/3 cup of avocado.

How about eating it in a whole wheat pita? The carbs would be more filling.
