Perserving a Wedding BoK
My sister got married on Sat. She forgot to give her BoK to the MOH to perserve. She emialed me just now from Jamacia asking me to do it for her. Where do I start? I am so not crafty with this.
My BoK was ruined when my ouin used some type of powder stuff. Any suggestions?

I sprayed mine with hairspray and hung it upside down in my closet at my mother's house. I have it in a display box on my dresser now, it's been 6 years and it's still in great condition.

my mom attempted to do mine with silica gel and it didn't work. all we had left that didn't rot (literally) were some of the roses.

I did the same thing and it worked. I just wanted to add - you have to spray the heck out of it. I also waited a few days and if a few outer layers didn't look good, just rip them off, you can't tell. Then spray again.
