House Updated Again!! 8-5
WE GOT IT!!! WE GOT IT!!!! WE GOT IT!!!!
My husband is on a flight to Bermuda for business so I can't even tell him - I can't wait until he lands so I can give him the good news!!!!!!
OMG!!! We got a house!!! Now just have to book flights and go for inspection!!!

Our realtor spoke with the sellers agent today - he is going to be sending her the contract signed by the sellers along with the final approval letter from the bank which basically means we got it!!!
BUT
our realtor said to wait until she gets all of the paperwork and reviews it to make sure everything is okay......i'm praying all the paperwork looks good......if it does we have 10 days to get down there and do our inspection
and we have to apply for our mortgage!
HOLY CRAP!

all i know is i am going to FLIP if our realtor has a problem with the paperwork........she made us a lose a deal over paperwork before (the other short sale) but im glad b/c this house is better!

Thanks guys....
I still haven't spoken to DH but he responded to an email so he knows that we got it....I can't believe I haven't actually spoken to him yet....
I've had a hectic day at work - on top of it I had to book us flights, book an inspection, go to the bank and wire our escrow deposit and contact the mortgage broker...
Needless to say - my head is spinning!
Our closing date is supposed to be 9/4
