They gave us a personality test
It was the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test. Apparently I am an ENFJ which means basically I"m outgoing, I think with my heart over my head, I wear my heart on my sleeve, am a people person and don't handle stress well.
oh this is going to be fun I have a one on one tomorrow with HR  (everyone in the company took this test and they are all having one on one's)

Is this someplace where you work, or are you applying for employment? Typically the MBTI is not recommended as a screening tool, however it is very interesting to use once you're with an organization - especially in understanding team dynamics.
The important thing to remember when reading the results of the MBTI is that they are preferences, and not ability indicators (which is why it shouldn't be used for screening).
Are they planning to conduct a team workshop after your 1-on-1s?

We did this in one of my grad school classes. I forgot what exactly mine determined about me, but I remember it was accurate!!
