Anyone use sittercity.com or gonannies.com?

I have 3 1/2 yo twin boys and I am now expecting twin girls in November. I am a SAHM now but after the girls come I will have 4 under 4 so I need help!! The boys are starting nursery school in September and I just cannot imagine the dropoff and pick up of the boys with the newborns. I tried Craigslist for help with the boys when they were born but I didn't like the experience. I'd like to try one of the sites I mentioned - sitter city or go nannies - but am just curious if anyone had any experience (good or bad) with either.

Sittercity has lots of people listed, but you'll still have a lot of work to do in terms of checking references. I contacted a lot of people who posted but were only available temporarily as well.
