Stolen I-Phone
 someone stole DH'd Iphone last night. Is there anything we can do to track it?

thanks  he didn't sign up for mobile me.
Some people are such a-holes. It fell out of his pocket in a cab last night and when we called it 5 minutes later it the next person picked it up and made like it was theirs.

That's a good reason you should have it locked so it needs a password for anyone to use it...
Your next step is to call or stop by the place you purchased your phone from and maybe they can give you a discount for a replacement phone.

Call AT&T and report it stolen. Also go to the Police and report it stolen.
I would then call the phone again and offer the person money in exchange for the phone and see what he says. If he agrees let the Police know and you can meet the person and the cops can arrest him. My buddy is NYPD and he has arrested a couple of people like this.
This is just a bad situation to deal with. I have an iPhone too and I would kill someone if they tried to pull this crap. Hopefully you will get the phone returned. Good luck!!!
