Re: moving to sullok

We use Petro. You can get cheaper oil through the smaller companies but I like the service I get from Petro.

They came highly recommended from a friend who had an emergency situation (no heat, 4 am and a new baby at home) and they were there fixing it within a half hour.

We had to use them twice for boiler problems and both times they came promptly and showed up at the beginning of the estimated window they gave us. On one occasion they were there doing the annual cleaning and we mentioned a problem with water in the shower. He looked up at the pipes, said there was no backflow valve and he installed one at no charge. Told us that company policy was that they were to fix a problem even if it's not covered under the contract, as long as they can do it in less than a half hour.

We may pay a little more but to me it's worth it for the peace of mind that we will get deliveries, on time, and great service when we need it, not whenever they can get someone there.

I have had a good experience with Petro. Not the cheapest but great service. I had nothing but issues with Slomins. They had the worst customer service and spilled oil at every delivery.
