lunch help pleeeease
I go back to work on sept. 9th (I teach) but I always used to bring coldcut sandwiches for lunch. I am struggling to think of different easy lunches to "brown bag it" for lunch. P.S. I'm still not eating chicken for some reason my body doesn't want it.
Any suggestions would be a HUGE help!

im big on salads, fruits, soup, fiber one bars, etc. Also you could cook a little extra the night before and bring leftovers for lunch. DH does it very often.

I've been having a love/hate relationship with chicken too. I can eat it some days but it has to be breaded or I have to have grilled chicken with cheese in a sandwich. It's just plain chicken I can't deal with.
To get protein on my chicken hating days I've been eating PBJ with low sugar jam and whole grain bread. Sometimes I have some plain oatmeal with pecans, cinnamon, and unsweetened apple juice. I might try some veggie burgers that I can make in the toaster oven for next week. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Elio's pizza but i obviously can't eat that every day. I'd love some more ideas too actually.

personally i'm looking forward to the cooler months with the hopes that soup and gumbo type things are more appealing. i've been eating coldcuts for lunch my entire life! this is gonna be tough
