Are you bilingual?
Which language?
The bits of Tagalog (Filipino) and Spanish I remember defintiely doesn't qualify as knowing either one.

Re: Are you bilingual?
Si, hablo espanol!! But I'm not as good as I used to be. I spoke better spanish as a child than I do now.
Rebecca, I've got a great idea!! Since you want to hone your spanish speaking skills and learn how to drive, I should teach you both at the same time!

I would not put that stress on my WORST ENEMY.
Funny thing about Spanish- if I ask 3 people how to say something, I will get 9 different answers.

Re: Are you bilingual?
Yes and no. I speak German, but at times I feel like I can't totally express myself as well as I can in English. I have lived in Germany and was able to function and attend lectures at University. I am moving there at the end of the year and I am a bit scared about getting back all the language. I feel I lost a lot of it, but I do think it will come back.
I can also understand written Dutch and Afrikaans, but am no way fluent in them.
