Not sure where you are but Dockers in East Quogue does a great lobster bake every Tuesday and Wednesday...
It comes with a salad course, then a 1-1/4 pound lobster, steamers, clams, mussels, shrimp, corn on the cob and potato.
There's live music too which is good. Only thing is that they're not open all year round...

Land's End does a Lobster Fest on Wednesdays I think!
I like Popei's. I enjoyed H2O.
But my favorite seafood is Fat Fish in Bay Shore.
ETA: Land's End Lobster event runs ONLY until next Wednesday:
