Islander Fans!
so finally it looks like they lowered their ticket prices!!
this year we opted not to buy season tickets.. so we will buy a bunch of individual games.
its so nice to have Tiered pricing.. like the mets do.
its better than nothing at least!

Did they lower them? I thought the lowest tier was the same as the regular price last year, so in reality they raised prices, but only on the 'good' games.
Then again I don't pay that much attention since I've already paid for them.

well they still dont have the price levels on their website yet..
but in newsday they had a little blurb about it..
then i was looking at the tickets for individual games to buy.. and for the 2nd home game it was $70 each for the 100's section. row D.. in the corner.
i try another game today.. and for a $50 price .. they gave me the very middle of the 300's.. and row F..
i know that was higher last year.
so i am still trying to figure out what they are doing.. i dont think they officially announced it yet.
so was your season ticket the same price as last year?

Yeah - they locked the prices if you bought the 2nd year at the same time.
How could they not have the prices up, I thought tickets went on sale last weekend? Or maybe that was the STH presale I'm thinking of...

so i went to the broadway mall last night , and they had the pocket schedules.. and it IS tier pricing!
they have 3 price levels.. gold,silver and value.

cool..thanks for posting. we hope to get to a few games this year. DH is all excited about Tavares and the new goaltender (forgetting name...) anything would have to be better than last year!
