Oh well UPDATE: Spoke too soon!! :)
So what I thought MIGHT be implantation bleeding was really the start of AF, so looks like I am out for this month. Again. 
Good thing is, I definitely O'ed (didn't last month). Definite EWCM and my very first +OPK (not that I was always using the tests correctly before...)
Bad thing is, my cycles are back to being 23 days. Last month was 30 days. I just feel like 23 days is way too short (luteal phase) Especially because I generally O on CD 14. Sigh
October, here I come.

Update 9/15/09
So this morning I checked my temp and it was 97.6, still high! The morning after I O'ed it was 97.7. Normally when AF arrives my temp is in the high 96.0's and low 97.0s. So I had one more test left and I figured why not...I had read that even if you're only, say 8DPO (which I am today) that if you experience implantation bleeding, tests would still be able to detect the pregnancy...
It was the faintest line in history but it was there - BFP!!!!  I even asked DH to check because I didn't want to think I was seeing things and he saw it too!!!
I'm going out later to buy some digitals and I'll re-test again in a couple of days. But I couldn't even believe what I was seeing! I'm excited but still not sure if it's really real. Guess I'll find out.
But thanks ladies for the hugs and support when things weren't looking so great. 
UPDATE #2: 9/16/09
SO couldn't wait a few days to test again so I did it this morning with the digitial and BFP for sure!  YAY!!
