We're not actively TTC, but I love the book. I think it has so much good info whether or not you are TTC. As a woman, it just explains so much about your body, which in turn educates a woman TTC.

I agree. We are not TTC yet, the book is very informative. There are a few parts I will definitely go back to re-read when we are actively TTC.

no it's short for Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
I read it while TTC, but I think it would have been great if I read it prior and then referred back to it as necessary!!
