I need a new Primary Care Physician..

Mine moved to Jersey I'm so bummed cause I LOVED him!!!

He worked with Pro Health in Lake Success. I'd LIKE to stay there since a lot of my other dr's work out of Pro Health but if anyone LOVES their Dr and they aren't there, i'd be open to that as well.

I'm on the south shore of LI - Nassau...
