Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
Is she hasnt planned her HM.. - You can play pick a HM location with the letters of her name
or
- Bridal Bingo (You can download cards online)
- Remember the items on her purse (throw all her purse belongings on a tray)
- Bride bathroom tissue game (Dont remember the name )
I don't remember how many other games.. There are plenty and my sister had a list of games.. It was fun!! I wish I can do it again..

cool! this is a great start!
We will definitely do the bingo game b/c it keeps people "in tune" while opening the gifts...

Definitely a good idea to keep people entertained while the gifts are getting opened..... For mine, it was just so awkard. I sat there opening gives while my relatively silent crowd, sat there and watched It felt really awkward

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
we did the "what's in your purse" game, bridal bingo and the other game i really liked was where you were given a word having to do with marriage, wedding, etc and you had to finish it with and associated word. the bride also filled one out and whoever matched the most with her answers won!
EX: wedding (vows, day, etc) first (dance, kiss, etc) champagne (glasses, toast, etc) love (and marriage, birds, etc)
does that make sense?

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
this isnt a game, but a great ishower idea that helped my now-husband and i pay for wedding things..instead of a wishing well, my mom had a "money tree" and everyone was supposed to bring a scratch lotto and she paperclipped them on the leaves of a fake tree, which we now house in our living room...that night after the shower, AFTER going through the gifts again, my hubbie and i started scratching and counting the money we won...we did a few each night and we made a few hundred dollars! i thought it was such a great and useful idea, and helped us out, much more than wooden spoons and all that crap!!

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
We did the timer during gift opening. You set the timer and whoever's gift you are opening when it goes off gets a prize. It makes the whole, long process a bit more interesting.

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
everyone got a little necklace as they walked in & every time someone said my name a person would have to steal that persons necklace the person at each table with the most necklaces wins a prize or the CP. Which ever.

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
We played this at my shower, my aunt's baby shower (the baby version) and at Christmas. It's usually a big hit and you can use a bouquet of flowers, money, or some other trinket instead of gifts.
Everyone sits in a circle. Wrap two or three gifts (depending on the number of guests you have) and give to two or three guests sitting in the circle. (space the gifts out) Tell the guests to listen closely as you read the following story below and pass the gifts to their left or right whenever they hear it read. Don't read this to slow, it will make the game much funnier as your guest try to keep up and pass the gifts in the correct order. Don't stop to let them catch up if they get confused. Let them figure that out for themselves. Whoever is holding the gift at the end, wins that gift.
(Bride's name) knew RIGHT away that she had found Mr. RIGHT and the RIGHT date was set. Now seemed to be the RIGHT time to start so she LEFT RIGHT after lunch and went RIGHT to her mother's house. She LEFT in such a hurry that she LEFT her to do list RIGHT on the living room table. But there was not time to turn back. She knew she needed to get started RIGHT away to make sure nothing was LEFT undone.
There was little time LEFT to spare and so much LEFT to do. She asked her mother to WRITE down a guest list because she knew mom would make sure no one was LEFT out. (Bride's name) LEFT to find the RIGHT invitations. On her way, she LEFT a message at the florist and then RIGHT into the bridal shop she ran.
RIGHT in the window was the perfect dress. "Oh no, I LEFT my checkbook RIGHT in the car." "Hold that dress, I'll be RIGHT back." With that done, she called Mr. RIGHT and LEFT him a message to call her RIGHT back. She LEFT to meet the florist who had LEFT her a message that they had the RIGHT flowers for her.
Mr. RIGHT called her RIGHT back and said he LEFT a message for the preacher to call him RIGHT back and that he had just LEFT work and would be RIGHT over.
She LEFT the florist and ran RIGHT over to meet Mr. RIGHT. RIGHT away they discussed what was LEFT to do. "Who will be the RIGHT best man?" She LEFT left that up to Mr. RIGHT. "I'll get the RIGHT maid of Honor."
RIGHT away they started shopping for the RIGHT rings. With that done, the next stop was to order the RIGHT cake. Mr. RIGHT could clearly see his future, Mrs. RIGHT was on the RIGHT track.
After a long day, they were both LEFT exhausted. All that was LEFT to do was get RIGHT home to see if any messages were LEFT while they were out. Sure enough, Mom had LEFT a message that the Church RIGHT down the road was available so she requested it RIGHT away. Now that was not LEFT to worry about. "Lets call it a day." "Whatever is LEFT to do, can be LEFT until tomorrow." They agreed. With a kiss, he LEFT and she went RIGHT to bed.
End of Story. If you are holding a gift, you are the winner.

Re: reminiscing about your bridal shower
I remember one really fun game was there was a list of questions about me that were prepared and asked to my DH before the shower...... and then at the shower, my BMs asked me the questions and they had to see if I said the same as DH ...
ex.- what is my fav movie..... how long does it take me to get ready..... etc.
I only got ONE wrong..... I said it takes 1hr for me to get ready, DH said it takes me 2 Turns out we are both wrong, because lately its been taking 3!!!!!!!!
