Old Navy used to but not anymore. Sometimes you can find returns on the clearance racks. The Source mall is the closest one with a maternity section

H&M does. I walked through quickly the other day. It was about 2 racks (2 sided) and a few things hanging on the wall. I didn't look at prices or sizes. Hope that helps!

H&M was SO not worth it at that mall. I'm not sure if their selection is better at other malls though.
