Anything to do during the 2ww?
I know there are many foods and teas they say you should drink, but which are for the 2ww? Should I still drink the red raspberry leaf tea? Aren't you supposed to drink grapefruit juice?
I am desperate to do something so I don't feel like I am just WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never heard of anything. Just be sure you are taking your prenatals. I never did anything out of the ordinary because I didn't want to keep my life on hold for what ifs. Good luck, hang in there chicka

I actually treated myself to McDonalds right after my IUI! LOL
I head that you need to drink a lot of water and just take it easy (easier said than done)
Question: What is grapefruit juice supposed to do?

Thanks everyone!! I have been trying to take it easy but it hasnt happened. DH and I are buying a house and so much has been going on with that. My BF also just had a baby!

i've been told stay away from caffiene and eat fresh pineapple core---something in the cells of the core is supposed to aid w/ implantation. HTH!
