Medifast?
I just began this diet program? Anyone try it? Been a week, lost 4 lbs! But need some help stickin to it. Words of advise?

Be really careful..I ended up having to have my gall bladder out from losing it too quickly...other than that, this program exists on sheer willpower..good luck!
