New to LIF
Hi Everybody. I just joined LIF tonight and am amazed at the amount of support that you give each other on these posts. I'm hoping that will help me with my struggle. I got home from work today and just decided I had had it with the way I look. I need to lose weight but know that I need motivation from people that are going through the same thing. I haved struggled with my weight on and off my entire life but have never been as heavy as I am now. Looking forward to talking and getting to know you.

Not sure yet. I think I'm going to join WW but won't be able to get the a WW center until this weekend due to my work schedule. Until then I have cut out all soda, which is huge for me as I am addicted, and have only been drinking water. I also started writing down everything I eat so I can get an idea of where my problems are. Next step is exercise, that will probably be the hardest as I have other medical conditions that can make exercise hard. Hopefully, getting rid of some of this weight will help in that department.
