Bathroom renovation question
We are renovating the main bathroom of out 60's split level, which had been partially redone back in the 80's. So far, we've removed huge mirrors and white and silver foil wallpaper.
My question is about the tub/shower. When the last renovation was done, they kept the original white tub and put up new bathfitter type walls on the surround. Do you think we can remove those walls and have the original tile sprayed white? Or would we have to have the whole shebang retiled. We're on a tight budget.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Bathroom renovation question
Id probably rip the whole thing out. I mean you can glaze the tiles but then you have to work around buying a new tub which will fit exactly as your tiles are currently. In the end you might be better off with some updated tiles.
