New here w. a quetion for RE patients
I just got my BFP this morning. I am literally shaking still. We been trying for a long time. I am so happy to be here.
For the ladies that saw the RE, what happens next? Should I call them or call my obgyn? I am so confused on what to do next.
We did clomid w. just us BDing.
Thanks for the help.

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
Did u have a beta yet with your RE? My RE had me go in for 3 betas and then I have my 1st sono w/ her next week. After that, I think she'll "release" me and then I can go see an OB. If u don't have a beta schedule w/ your RE yet, give them a call.
ETA: SOOOOO rude of me.....forgot to say Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
I would call your RE. They initially checked my betas and then I was monitored with weekly ultrasounds until 9 weeks when I was released to my regular ob-gyn.

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
call you RE they will watch you until your 8 weeks atleast, then you can go to ur regular ob. You can make an apt with your ob now thought for about 4 weeks from now. atleast with the RE you get an ultrasound every week until your ob apt, I can imagine getting my BFp and having to wait a month to see the dr its gotta be torture.

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
Thanks I just called to make a appointment for my beta.
I still can't believe this is happening. I have the ept digital on my desk and I keep checking it to make sure it doesn't switch to not pregnant.

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
Congrats!!!!!!! Did you see an RE? Or did you just do this on your own? I am a little confused from the post. If you have not seen an RE then I don't see why you would go to one after you got pregnant. I would go straight to your OB. If you did see an RE then I would assume they would have to call you in for a follow up and a beta.

Re: New here w. a quetion for RE patients
When I got pregnant I called my RE. I was under their care until I was about 9-10 weeks pregnant and then they released me to my OB. The RE wanted to make sure things were progressing and going along the way they should. They did a few rounds of bloodwork, a few sonos, and also put me on progesterone since mine was low. After that I was released to my OB and that was that! Congrats and good luck!!

FYI.. it will eventually disappear so dont get freaked out when it does.
Congrats!
