Godparents
When is the earliest you would ask someone to be your DC's Godmother? How many weeks pregnant were you or will you be? I am only 6 wks but I DO KNOW exactly who I want. WWYD?

with ds we asked very early... i want to say 8 weeks...
with #2 we cant figure out who to ask so we are holding out until the end with hopes that my bil will get engaged

With my first son we asked when we told them we were pregnant. We knew exactly who it would be.
With my second son, we knew who the godmother was, so we asked her right away....DH couldn't decide on a godfather so that took longer. He asked him when I was about 8 months preggo.

We're not sure if we'll ask before  is born or after. We don't know who the Godfather will be yet, so we want to wait to figure that out anyway.
