help with bad behavior... houstraining

Reggie is over 2 years old and Im embarrased to say that he is not trained very well at all he still has multiple accidents per day in the house. WE live in a place where he needs to be walked- we walk him 3X per day some times more when he is outside he goes no problem, we praise him then he comes inside and he pees within 5 minutes after peeing outside multiple times Chat Icon Chat Icon I just dont know what we are doing wrong- he was crated from the beggining and now he stays in the kitchen when we arent home- he never has accidents in there BUT he pees on everything else, I go thru bottles and bottles of cleaning solution and he has ruined carpets and furniture. He is neutered, we limit his water intake, he eats on 2x per day, I just dont know what else to do! Im thinking of getting a professional in. Any suggestions, any body else have a non trainable dog!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Have you mentioned it to the vet? Maybe it is something medical?

I would talk to the vet. It could be a training issue, but it also may be a health issue.

Good luck

try giving him little treats and lots of praise every time he goes to the bathroom outside. When he does it inside, tell him bad boy and put him in his crate for 5 minutes.
