I sent a notice to my Egg
Dear Tenant,
Please accept this as written notice that your failure to comply with the Rental Agreement subscribed to in our 6th grade social studies class on May 6, 1991 has result in your eviction effective September 25, 2010. Pursuant to the terms of said agreement I provided you with a safe and warm shelter for the period (no pun intended) of 18 years and allowed you to come and go as you please. As you are aware, I have refused others from coming into this shelter as well, including Mr. Wonderful.
In return for said shelter you were to meet and greet the visitor I allow to come into our shelter with kindness, gentleness and an open heart. This past month I sent you a vistor. Mr. Wonderful's partner, mister diesel. You denied him access and did not greet him in a friendly manner. This is a violation of our agreement.
I have been a very lenient Landlord in the past. You have been free to flow in and out as you please as you know often choosing to flow out at inconvenient times and damaging the exterior of the unit. I never said a word. I have endured your constant complaints and allowed you to enlarge the structure of the unit in wish you occupy on several occasions. You have still failed to reduce the structure to its natural and original form. (You will be required to do so upon the termination of this agreement.) I have not been happy about this. However I still allow you to occupy the unit as long as I trusted you will comply with our agreement.
So Again I remind you of our agreement. Remember I am the Landlord and you are my Tenant. If you wish to remain in the premises you must allow Mr. Diesel in and make him feel comfortable. Dance with Him, shake your groove thing. Work out, go swimming (be nice and let him go first).
Should you not uphold the terms of the Rental Agreement, you will be evicted via surgical measures on September 25, 2010.
