never been so happy to see AF
as many of you know, i termintated my pregnancy due to poor fetal prognosis at the end of september (the baby had a large cyst in its abdomen that was preventing the formation of the organs and putting pressure on the heart). the last couple of months have been so hard for DH and i and dealing with the emotions of the loss. i still mourn our baby everyday.
BUT....yesterday i finally got AF again! i never thought i'd be so happy to see her!  i was feeling like my body was "broken" after all we went through and now i feel a sense of healing again! we are just one step closer to TTC again! yay!!
just wanted to share  thanks to all of you girls for listening to my story and welcoming me on this board!

What wonderful news! it feels so great to be "normal" again. Once you get AF you start to feel more like yourself. Thanks for sharing!

oh yay!!! I remember how HAPPY i felt when I got AF after the m/c. Just knowing that my body was healing itself and i was getting back to my cycle. It's a good feeling.

I am sorry for all you have been through.
I am glad you are back on track with your cycle. I know what you mean by feeling as if you are "healing" your body is getting back to normal.
