With DS it was 108 at 6 weeks and 169 at 8 weeks 5 days.

First sono - 172, and I believe the second and third sonos were mid 150s. We're having a girl :)

I don't remember DS's first sono, but he was consistently in the 130s during my pregnancy.
My first sono at six weeks this time the heartbeat was 137 but it was this week so we don't know the sex yet.
ETA I did read that a study was done that proved that it was a wive's tale that you could tell the sex by the heartbeat, but that same study did prove that the heartbeat was correlated to gestational age. Heartbeat was slowest at around 6-7 weeks then rose at 8 weeks on.
Believe me, I've done research because we are hoping for a girl this time since we already have DS

good question...i was wondering the same, i know it's an old wives tales but it's fun to guess
at our 7wk sono it was 122, don't know what we are having yet though
