Housewarming Gift
So my BFF and her DH just bought their house.
They were just married and had her shower, so they have all their china and new appliances etc...
What can we get them?
TIA

Re: Housewarming Gift
Is there anything they need to fix up? Home Depot and Lowe's Gift Cards might be helpful!
Or, if she likes to cook what about a basket of baking supplies, cake mixes, sprinkles, etc.?

Re: Housewarming Gift
Our good friends are closing this week on a house and I made a basket with all types of Christmas stuff: candles, soaps, table runner, oven mitts, towels, ornaments etc.

Re: Housewarming Gift
How about a basket of holiday decor? Often overlooked but everyone needs it!

Re: Housewarming Gift
Holiday decor or real staples - a basket that has toilet paper, batteries, lightbulbs, flashlight, duct tape, garbage bags, etc.

Re: Housewarming Gift
DH and I have a tradition of buying new home owners an American flag kit at HD or Lowes.
I also made my girlfriend a basket with new return address labels printed, moving cards, and an organizer for household bills and projects.

Re: Housewarming Gift
Friends of mine gave us board games - Scrabble, Life, a sexy one.
I thought it was AWESOME.
I stole their idea and now give them out as housewarming gifts.

Re: Housewarming Gift
I love the basket for the little things, from cleaning supply to tp and paper towel.. Or you can put the gift inside a garbage can with a big bow.
