Hi
My twin are 7 months old, and have been STTN since 3 months. But suddenly starting last week, Isabella has decided thats overrated. We rock them to sleep at night (I know bad habit but that doesnt bother me) and instead of sleeping for 10 hours like usual, she gets up and screams, sometimes shortly after, sometimes waits till 1 or 2 in the morning, but once she starts thats it I pick her up right away so she doesnt wake her sister, and when I hold her she is fine, but then I put hr back down, she wakes back up, and it starts again. Finally at the end of my rope I end up putting her in her carseat bc she sleeps ok in there- and I have tried incllining the crib, I have tried putting a snuggle nest in the crib, nothing worked. This has been going on for a week now.

I am exhuasted.

Advice pleeeeeease.
