I think I have pnemonia , please tell me your symptoms
when you had it ! I can't take deep breaths ,because it hurts my chest and upper back , my body is weak , and I am extremely tired, oh yeah and I have a dry cough ,not much coming out ,but it hurts soooooo bad to cough

yes...sounds like my symptoms-along with a fever that got to 104 and aches like I got hit by a train, headache
You need a xray immed. You do not need a lung to collapse, feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first time I had it, I had a high fever for SEVERAL days. I was exhausted and coughed a lot. The last time I had it was 7 years ago and for me, the BIGGEST sign was that I could HEAR gurgling in my chest. The cough was very mucousy. I coughed up green mucous and taking deep breaths hurt. But oddly enough, I felt fine!

this is where is gets scary...you got the yucky green stuff up, if it doesn't come up ughhhhhhhh!
