Don't know the specifics but I ate Buffalo wings all the time when I was on Atkins. As long as they are not breaded, as someone else mentioned. I love wings.

I think they have some from the breading and maybe the sauce....but I'll eat them alone at Applebee's without fries or anything and I can't even finish the whole basket!

Went to Billy's with DH!! They were not breaded and there was no sugar in the sauce (I checked)!
