BKT related. WWYD?
I had the BKT done on Saturday. I forgot who did it the last time so I went and she was booked. I had it done by the other person there. I am not a confrontational type of person but compared to the last time I had it done there, she did not leave it on as long as the last time, and she did not take as much time with the flat iron. But what do I know, right?
I feel the ridges at my roots already. The last time my hair was pin straight before I washed it. I sweat a little at night, but I did the last one in July and had NO issues whatsoever. This time I've already had to put the flat iron to it the day after I had it done.
So, would you call and complain? Would you go back?

No I haven't. Today is the third day.
I already called and will have the girl who did it take a look at it and will most likely be doing it over.
