FMU???
I was just reading another post and I have a question...beccause I keep ready this on the internet too.
I am using the CBEFM and it says I should use FMU, but I just read someone's post who said not too. Also, I have been reading online that the FMU shouldn't be used either.
Please help....which one should I use???

For the CBEFM you should use FMU because it's measuring both your estradoil and FH.
Regular OPK's generally tell you not to use FMU (check the instructions)

Thank you....this is all getting a little confusing and over-whelmming. If so pressured sometimes that I am going to waste a month.....and then the thought about having to wait again another four weeks is torture!

I completely understand. My only advice is to always read the instructions since there are so many different kinds!!
