I need help
I am going to Florida next Thursday and would love to lose about 5 pounds(talk about waiting till the last minute  ) I am going to try core. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

dont snack. ealt a salad for lunch w/ff dessing. cereal for breakfast and a lite dinner like fish
