I found this in the FAQ's at Nutrisystem.com

What's your return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened item in its original condition, for a refund. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the address indicated on the label. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address: NutriSystem, 200 Welsh Rd., Horsham, PA 19044. If you have further questions, please feel free to call NutriSystem Customer Service at 1-800-585-5483.
