Yup, I made it to 38 weeks and was induced, no c section.

Exactly the same.
Honestly, I know of some docs who want to schedule a c-section for twins at the week 7 appt. Unless, there is a pre-existing condition, or the position of the babies precludes it, it is entirely possible to have a vaginal twin birth. Just know that you have to keep an open-mind as there is more of a chance of needing a c-section.

That happened to me. I was induced at 38 weeks, A was vaginal and B was c-section.

Re: twin birth without a c section??
My 1st DS was born vaginally so when I found out i was having twins it was one of my biggest fears----the thought of a c-section.
All through my pregnancy my OB was on board for a vaginal delivery. It didn't work out b/c I developed pre-eclampsia at 35w and the babies were both breech. But if not my dr. was going to induce me at 37w.
