i don't mean to get political, but somebody posted this before and i'm just confused about the message. is she comparing woman who choose to have abortions to women that go through miscarriages/fertility issues? for some reason, every time i watch this it seems like it's a very negative message about abortion. everybody is entitled to an opinion but i just don't see how the two things compare!

i'm really not trying to start drama...i just don't get it and this is the second time this video has been posted here.

I can see what you mean. I dont think its meant to really attack those who have had abortions; I think its just to make people more aware of their actions.

Im not going to lie. I have had those thoughts of it being unfair that some women have abortions while others struggle to get pregnant. Someone in my family has had 2 abortions so its not that Im being 1 sided and only understand one point of view. After my 2nd m/c she actually said to me "you must hate me". Of course i dont. I do wish she had been more careful when she was younger though so that she was never in that situation to begin with

I think the point of the song is to show people not to take things for granted. You really dont know this side of pregnancy unless you have been there. Many people dont realize how hard it can be to have a baby; most people assume that once they want to have one it will just happen and thats not always the case.

I dont think the people who posted this video did it to judge those who have had abortions. I think it was meant to be comforting to those who have had mc/infertility issues. When I watched it, my first thought was that I wasnt alone in feeling the way I do.

i think you are totally right. i was probably just being too sensitive earlier. you are so right that we shouldn't take anything for granted and that there are many people who don't realize how hard it is to get pregnant and have a baby. even since our loss, so many people have said to me and DH, "well at least you know you can get pregnant." which is true, i did get pregnant pretty easily last time....but it didn't last and that's what matters. sorry if i seemed like i was causing drama, i just really got the wrong impression from the video. thanks for your reply
