craft classes
I figure you all might now....
I am looking for a class that my SIL could take maybe weekly - something not too hard but fun - There really isnt anything she enjoys doing so anything would be good...

I am not sure where she is, but a lot of HS's and community colleges have evening adult classes that include crafts - photography, art, flower arranging, etc. I would check there first. It's been my experience that the classes run about 8 - 10 weeks and are usually pretty reasonably priced.

Michael's runs classes every so often on a variety of topics. Maybe she should try some of those out and then focus on something when she sees what she likes.

I took one through a local HS and it was great -- and cheap!
