PCOS - OB/GYN

Hi Ladies,

I'm not quite ttc yet, but I need to ask a favor. Does anyone have an ob in Nassau that they love? I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, but have been on BC ever since. I don't really care for my current doctor and would like to switch before we start ttc in about a year.

I know I will most likely have to see a RE early in the process, but I still need a good ob/gyn.

I am willing to travel anywhere in Nassau. I'm looking for a doctor with with a good bedside manner, is proactive with testing and finding out exactly what my issues are, and knows a lot about PCOS.

I have PCOS and I go Dr. Dilena from Comple Women's Healthcare in Garden City. I absolutey LOVE him! If you are looking for a RE recommendation, I go to Dr. Saketos from Reproductive Specialist of New York in Mineola. HTH!
